1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
- Some items (e.g., perishable or clearance products) are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team via email or phone.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue for faster resolution. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Funds are returned to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply for certain wholesale orders unless the return is due to our mistake or a product defect.
